ABOUT EWDL

David Luebberman was born in Bogota Columbia, and was adopted when he was 5 years old. He grew up in Peterborough, NH and went to Prep school at Dublin Christian Academy till the 8th grade and then transferred and Graduated from ConVal High School in Peterborough, New Hampshire.

Upon graduating High school, David joined the Marine Corps and reached the Rank of Sargent. While serving his country in the Marine Corps., David earned his California Real Estate License and went to work for Century 21 selling both Residential and Commercial real estate. David became a multi-year Award winning agent with Century 21 and sold over 1 Billion Dollars of real estate.

As a realtor David's commercial clients kept looking for reliable contractors who could aid in buying and fixing homes to be resold. David became a project manager and assisted his clients in both purchasing and fixing commercial and residential properties including building 3 commercial strip mall shopping centers, 50 unit motel, as well as many homes in the state of California.

In 2006 David started buying and reselling homes with his then partners from his years of selling real estate and has currently fixed and successfully purchased, remodled and resold more than 150 properties.

At the end 2014 David moved back to New Hampshire after a 23 year absence and ultimately married Ericka Wylie, in 2017.

In 2015 David and Ericka Started EWDL HOME IMPROVEMENTS, and have been contracting in New Hampshire. David and Ericka employ 3 full time carpenters and offer Additions, Kitchen, Baths, Decks, and entire home remodels. EWDL HOME IMPROVEMENTS is Better Business Bureau A rated company and is on Home Advisor and Angie’s List along with the Hillborough Chamber of Commerce.

In 2018 EWDL HOME IMPROVEMENTS began building out a 5 house Division in Dublin, NH, and continue to buy and resell homes along with working full time contracting.
